Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on January 22, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were twenty-nine children in the care of six staff in two classrooms. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Five children's records were reviewed and updated. Annual review of staff records will be conducted at a scheduled date.
Areas observed: educational center activities, group time, hand washing/bathroom procedures, lunch, story, and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
