Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 26, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. There were seventy-eight children in the care of thirteen staff in seven classrooms. No medication is being administered at the present. Seven children's records were reviewed. Nine staff records and two board officer records were reviewed and updated.
Areas observed were: free choice, outside play, story time, infant feeding, hand washing/diapering procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
