Comments:
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a monitoring inspection on 08/23/2022. The inspector was on site from 3:35pm until 4:30pm.
There were 47 children under the care of 3 staff. The ages of the children ranged from four to twelve years old. The children were observed during homework time and indoor play. Five children?s record, and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center failed to renew the Central Registry check after expiration of 5 years.
Evidence: Staff #1 last Central Registry was dated 01/15/2017. A new Central Registry check was not on file during the inspection on 08/23/2022.
