An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on 10/14/2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the Licensing Office. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of Behavior Guidance, Supervision and Neglect . Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
