Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/14/2022. There were a total of 10 children with 3 staff members present. Children were observed resting, handwashing, diaper changing and transition to snack. Staff were actively engaged and interactive with the children.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child record and 1 household record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on staff records, the household member did not authorize the family day home to obtain results of a criminal history record information check and a search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years. Evidence: 1. Household member #1 did have a documentation of results of a criminal history record and search of a criminal history record information check. The household member moved in the home March 2022.
