Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:00am & 12:00pm; there were 62 children with 5 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Based on review of five staff records, one is incomplete. Evidence: Staff #1, date of hire 9/19, does not have documentation of completion of preservice training within 90 days of hire.
