Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 1:15pm to 2:30pm. There were 46 children present, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed A total of playing air hockey, coloring and playing video games. 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of children's records, staff did not request at least annually parent confirmation that the required information in the child's record is up to date. Evidence The records for child #1, #2, #3 and #4 have not had at least annually parent confirmation that the required information in the child's record is up to date.

I will get have the parents review the information and document the review.
