An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 24, 2024 This on-site visit was conducted from 11:15 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Eight children, ages 3-4, were in the care of two staff. Five children and Three staff records were reviewed.
Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Please complete your plan of correction within 5 business days and return to the licensing inspector. I f you have any questions, please contact the licensing inspector at 540-430-9256.
Based on record review the facility failed to obtain repeat fingerprint and central registry checks for one staff.
Evidence:
1. Three staff files were reviewed. 2. Staff #3 did not have documentation of obtaining repeat fingerprint and central registry checks. Staff #3 last documented fingerprint check was dated 09/15/2024. Central Registry check was dated 07/10/2018.
