Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/13/2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 children, ages 19 months-3 years totaling 20 points, and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: outside play, inside free activities and lunch. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver records, 1 household member record and 1 pet record. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: documents that are required to be posted, annual training and storing household items properly. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the subsidy requirements and are documented on the violation notice issued to the provider. Evidence: 1. Caregiver 2 did not have a current certification in CPR. 2. Caregiver 3 did not have a current certification in CPR.
