2. Discussed having written permission from parents for counselors/therapists that come into the center to work with children 1:1.

Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection at 9:50am. Observed 105 children and 22 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed watching a child appropriate movie, washing hands, eating snack, painting, coloring, sounding out words and having story time during the inspection. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The program areas were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
