A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/03/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 11:00am. There were 22 children in care with five staff. The children were observed at story time, playing on the playground and playing with blocks. Five staff?s records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
