A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/13/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 12:30 pm. There were 25 children in care with six staff. The children were observed playing with play dough, moving to music, at story time, during lunch and participating in a fire drill. Five staff?s records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
