Discussed the guidelines on the departments website and how to get up to date information regarding the pandemic.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/5/2020 and concluded on 5/8/2020. The director in-charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection,she was unable to do the inspection at the initial call due to a team meeting but called back an hour later when it was over. She is the director at Minnie land Belmont and she is currently overseeing Ashbriar as well . There were 9 children present and 5 staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
This inspection was conducted using email, phone call and facetime.
