This subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Preliminary data was obtained from the vendor on 9/2/2020.
-An subsidy inspection was initiated on 09/2/2020, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, and concluded on 09/4/2020. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The vendor reported there were 17 children in care. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff record submitted by the vendor and health and safety regulations.
-The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
