An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/16/2022. The center had 27 children present in 4 groupings. Two classes were on a fieldtrip to Trail Side Park.
Observed the children playing on the playground, diaper changes and lunch time. Interaction between teachers and children observed in all the rooms. No Violations were cited at this inspection. Reviewed files for three children and three staff as well as medication.
