An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/2/2024 and concluded on 2/6/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 1/22/2024 regarding allegations in the areas of termination policies, supervision, teacher qualifications and behavioral guidance. The inspection was initiated on site on 2/2/2024. Two inspectors were on site from approximately 9:35 am to 11:15 am. Interviews were completed on site and remotely, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Additional documentation was reviewed remotely on 2/5/2024 and 2/6/2024.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
