Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-1:00pm. There were 2 children in care and one resident child (7 points) supervised by 1 direct care staff. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 4 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely, playing outside, and napping. There was a sufficient amount of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

The most recent documented review of the child's emergency contact information was dated 3/16/2018.
