An unannounced inspection was conducted on Monday, August 19, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 1:38 PM in response to a self-reported injury of a child requiring outside medical treatment reported on July 29, 2019. Interviews with staff were completed, observations of outdoor and indoor spaces and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support violation of the standards in regards to the self-reported incident.
