The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 9/10/2019 from 4:05pm to 5:38pm. The children were observed playing in the gymnasium, doing homework in the cafeteria, reading and eating dinner. Dinner consisted of fish cutlets, roll, green beans, apples, grapes and milk. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children when appropriate. The cafeteria and gymnasium were inspected today.
Five children?s records were reviewed during this inspection. The staff records are kept off site. The center administers medication; however they did not have any being given at this time. There were no reported injuries. The center?s injury prevention plan was updated on 2/1/2019.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
