An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspector was in the facility between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. Sixty seven children were in care. Morning activities, transition to outdoor play and morning snack service were observed. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed. Medication administration was reviewed and observed. Injury records were reviewed.
An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
