Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/26/2024. The inspector arrived at 10:15 AM and departed at 11:40 AM. There were 39 children present, ranging in ages from infant to 5 years, with 11 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined a non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
Based upon observation, the facility has not ensured that the most recent licensing inspection is posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. Evidence: The facility did not have posted the most recent licensing inspection from November 2023.

The facility responded with the following: Today's inspection Acknowledgement Form will be posted today and will be replaced with the computer print-out once received.
