An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:15 a.m. and ending at 1:15 p.m. with the director. There were 63 children in care ranging in age from 5 months through 5 years old under the care and supervision of 11 staff. Infants were observed sleeping, having tummy time and being held. Toddlers were observed during transition after lunch. Two year olds were observed during lunch. Lunch today was chicken tenders, pears, whole wheat bread, green beans and milk. Three year olds were observed preparing for lunch. Preschoolers were observed transitioning from outdoor play and preparing for lunch.
Six children's records and six staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
