Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 03, 2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 1:42 pm through 4:45 pm. There were thirty-eight children in the care of five staff in one classroom. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice. Arrival/departure of children, snack (yogurt & peaches), handwashing and bathroom procedures, homework, indoor play/table play, and transitions were observed during this visit.
Please contact Beth Orebaugh, licensing inspector, if you have questions concerning this inspection, the licensing standards, and/or if you need any additional assistance at (540) 847-9173.
