Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 12, 2022 from 2:00p.m. through 4:15 p.m. There were thirty-eight children in the care of eight staff. Three children's and two staff records were reviewed and updated. One child's medication accompanying authorization forms and administration logs were reviewed. Posted information (license, licensing inspection documentation, emergency evacuation diagram/plan, emergency telephone numbers, snack menu and classroom schedules) and available documents (emergency evacuation drill & shelter-in-place records, attendance logs, local agency inspection reports and injury report forms) were observed/reviewed. The daily schedules accurately reflected the activities and snack provided. Activities observed included: arrival and departure, indoor play, restroom and handwashing procedures, and snack. Staff/child interactions were observed to be positive and supportive of children's growth and development. The facility was observed to be clean and supplied with a variety of age/stage appropriate learning and play materials/toys. Substantial compliance continues to be maintained with the licensing standards; no standards violations were cited during this inspection.
