The following standard was reviewed: 550K: The center shall prepare a document containing local emergency contact information, potential shelters, hospitals, evacuation routes, etc., that pertain to each site frequently visited or of routes frequently driven by center staff for center business such as field trips or pick up or drop off of children to or from schools etc. This document must be kept in vehicles that centers use to transport children to and from the center.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/23/23 and concluded on 2/23/23. There were 126 children present, ranging in ages from 5 years to 11 years, with 11 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
