Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:32am-11:03am with the provider on site. There were 4 children with 1 caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play. Interactions between the children and caregiver were positive. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, emergency supplies and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Based on review of children's records, two children's files did not contain all required information. Evidence: 1. Child #1 and Child #2 did not have documentation that a review of the child's emergency contact information was completed. The last review for both children was signed on 6/22/2021.
Plan of Correction:
I will have the parent's review and update tonight.
