Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 10, 2019 from 2:50 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. There were thirty-seven children in the care of four staff. Five children's and two new staff records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed on April 4, 2019. No medication is being administered at this time.
Areas observed were: arrival, outside play, indoor games, homework, hand washing/bathroom procedures and snack. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
