A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 9, 2022 to May 10, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 2:58 p.m. through 5:15 p.m. There were forty-seven children in the care of five staff. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at this time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Areas observed were: free choice activity, bathroom procedures, transition, and outdoor play. Interactions between children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule.
