An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:45am. There were 8 children directly supervised by the provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
