An announced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/23/2023 from 11:00AM to 11:50AM. The Licensing Inspector was given a tour of the new facility. The proposed floor plan, remaining work to be completed by contractors, outdoor play area and expectations for the relocation were discussed. Remaining documents required, for the modification of the physical address on the license, were also discussed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
