This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documents review and interview.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 8/9/11 and concluded on 8/11/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and an inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present, ranging in age from 23 months to 3 years of age. Two children and two household member's files were reviewed today. There were no violations observed.
