Comments:
An unannounced mandated inspection was completed from10:50 until 12:20. There were 11 children and three staff present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center failed to have all the required information in the child files. Evidence: Child file #4 did not have documentation of proof of ID and age.

Staff will get the documentation from the parent.

Description:
Based on temperature reading, the water was more than 120 degrees. Evidence: The water temperature measured 129 degrees in the faucet that children use in the classroom.
Plan of Correction:
Staff will notify maintenance o adjust the temperature.
