An investigation was initiated from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm in response to a complaint received by the department regarding supervision, medication, and operational responsibilities. Interviews were conducted, documentation, child records, and staff records were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the complaint regarding supervision, medication, and operational responsibilities. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
