A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/04/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 16 children, ages 11 months-4 years, and 5 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record and 5 staff records during the inspection. Staff stated that medication is not administered. Children were observed in the following activities: having breakfast, in free choice activities, during learning time, and during arts and crafts. Proper hand washing, table sanitizing and diapering procedures were also observed. Infants were observed being fed and allowed to sleep on demand. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and the emergency supplies during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
