An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:40AM-10:15AM. 9 children (21pts) were directly supervised by 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children?s records, required posted documents, evacuation drills, the diaper changing area, bottles and caregiver documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed dancing and interacting with each other and the caregivers. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children in the classroom area. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
