Discussed with Provider: new portal for background searches and applications, debris in the backyard.
Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 4 children present today (7 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing outdoors and in the playroom area of the daycare. 2 caregiver and 3 child records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances. Attendance documentation, emergency evacuation drills and first aid supplies are all in compliance. Based on observation, the weather band radio was not working. Evidence: The weather band radio's batteries do not work.
