Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/29/2024. There were a total of 0 children observed with 1 caregivers present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on a review of child records, the Provider did not ensure all required annual updates were complete. Evidence: Child #2 had an annual update that expired on 11/15/2023. Child #3 had an annual update that expired on 09/08/2021.
Plan of Correction:
I will have the mom review the emergency information and sign the annual update.
