An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center director and center staff on December 16, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 78 children present, ranging in age from 4 months to five years, with twelve staff actively supervising. The children were having afternoon snack, taking a walk outdoors, and engaging in other age appropriate activities. Snack served today: Chex mix and fruit juice. Four medications for four children were reviewed. Seven children's files and four staff files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. The last health inspection was conducted 8/26/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 3/21/2019. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place drill was conducted 11/20/2019.
