This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A compliance monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/7/2021 and concluded on 9/7/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present. The children served range in age from 2 1/2 to 4 years old. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. In addition, Staff Health Reports for all (8) currently employed staff were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
