A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/7/2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 26 children were present with 7 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: participating in circle time, engaging in free play, building with blocks, finishing breakfast, and working on a holiday craft project. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
