A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/14/2019 and 08/16/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are noted on the violation notice.
Fifty-six children were in care today with 14 staff.
Seven children's files and 11 staff files were reviewed.

Based on a review of the emergency plans and an interview with the director, the facility failed to ensure that there are written plans for all procedural components of emergency preparedness.
Evidence:
1. There are no written plans for maintaining essential functions during an emergency.
Plan of Correction:
The director reported that the plans will be written and added to the emergency preparedness plans.
