Comments: An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection conducted on October 4, 2019. There were 26 children and 6 staff present. Additional administrative staff was available to assist. The children were observed eating lunch and napping. The facility focus inspection was in standard requirements for physical plant, background checks, medication and staffing and supervision.
