Technical Assistance:
1. Discussed County zoning approvals. The inspector agreed to send copies of the most recent documents. 2. Discussed electronic recordkeeping and associated requirements.
Comments:
Conducted an unannounced inspection at 10:50am. Observed 8 children + 3 direct-care staff + 1 parent volunteer. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed in outdoor education activities, eating snack, reading a book, and departing for the day. Staff were actively engaged with the children + activities. The facility was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The wood mulch resilient surfacing was recently replenished. Program space includes indoor + outdoor classrooms. Based on observations made, the licensee did not ensure that the most recently issued violation notice was not posted on the premises. Evidence: The inspection report from 11/3/22 was not posted.
Plan of Correction:
The program director said the new inspection report will be posted.
