Provided consultation on menus - when meals or snacks are provided by the family day home, the menu for the current one-week period shall be dated, posted, kept on file for one week, and list any substituted foods provided.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00 - 11:00 am with the provider. There were two children in care, ranging from 20 months to three years of age, for a total of five points. The children were observed listening to music, having free play with the pretend kitchen toys and building with legos. Two children's records and four caregiver/household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit was observed and in compliance. Required information was posted. The last fire drill was conducted: 7/16/2019 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 2/28/2019. The provider is Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified but there were no medications to review.
