A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/14/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:05 a.m. and ended at 11:55 a.m. There were 4 staff with 13 children in 3 rooms at the time of the visit. The children were observed playing on the playground, being read a book, preparing to go swimming and other organized activities. Children and staff files and fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
