Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There was one child present ( 2 points) with 1 caregiver. The home, child records, caregiver records, household member records evacuation logs and emergency supplies were reviewed. The child was observed playing with floor toys, watching a musical video and singing along. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Based on a review of evacuation logs, the provider failed to practice emergency evacuation procedures each month.
Evidence: The provider's did not have written documentation of practicing emergency evacuation for 2022.
