This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/19/21 and concluded on 11/5/21. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, ratios and the physical plant. 3 staff members were interviewed and a virtual inspection of the indoor and outdoor physical space was conducted.
