A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on February 29, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. and 10:05 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children present with 2 caregivers for a total of 26 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
