Comments:
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the office manager on 5/31/23 from 9:45 - 10;30 am. There were 29 children present, supervised by six staff. An infant was observed napping and older children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with three staff and two child records. Based on review of three staff records, it was determined that not all staff had an Office of Background Investigations (OBI) fingerprinting-based criminal history record check completed prior to employment, as required. Evidence: the record for staff #1, staff #2 and staff #3, did not contain an OBI fingerprinting determination letter. These staff have been employed since 2022.
