An unannounced subsidy monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/13/2024 and the inspection concluded on 5/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:10pm and ended at 1:55pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 69 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
